01. How do I place a wholesale order?

There are 4 ways to place wholesale order

  • Please directly click on the WhatsApp icon at the bottom of the webpage to contact our sales support. We will guide you throughout the entire process, including quotation, placing an order, and after-sales service.
  • Click the button “add to enquiry” right side of each item, when you finished choosing, you will see a “view enquiry cart” button under the “add to enquiry”,click the “view enquiry cart”,fill in the quantity of each item, then “submit enquiry”
  • Register on our website and contact our administrator to change your account to a wholesale account.You will see the wholesale prices of each item.Then add the items you are interested to your enquiry cart, view enquiry then submit the enquiry, our sales will contact you with a quotation including shipping cost.
  • Directly contact us at [email protected] ,our sales will send you a catalog include price list, then you can choose from the catalogue,we will send you a quotation as soon as we saw your quantity and delivery address.                   

We also provide a download option on our website, you can download the catalog, but you need to ask us for a password so you can read the catalog.

02. What supports do you have for wholesale orders?

For wholesale customers, we can offer variety supports,For examples:

  3. Sample fee will be refund once you place bulk order.

  6. Customized order is welcomed, we provide free samples for our good wholesale customers
  7. During the product quality guarantee period, if the quality problem is caused by non-human reasons, we will compensate the wholesale customers in the next order, including compensation for the corresponding payment or reissue replacement products

03. When do I receive my wholesale order?

Usually our quotation included estimated shipping delivery time for your reference.but due to the shipping method difference, we can’t guarantee the exactly delivery time, if you need delivery on a specified time, please place the order earlier or tell us your e expected delivery time.

Here is some delivery time based on different shipping methods for your reference 

  • By sea shipping 15-30 working days.
  • By air shipping 3-7 working days.
  • By express 3-7 woking days.

The shipping cost depends on the shipping time, quantity and weight.

We will quoted shipping cost in different methods for you to choose and compare.

When will I receive the invoice for my wholesale order?

When you have paid for the order, we will send the PI for you to check and make payments.

04. Returns, exchanges and complaints

Returns

First of all, we are very sorry that you have to return our product.Due to our preserved flowers/ everlasting roses are made by real flowers, so we don’t accept returns if without any quality issue.

If the returns accepted by us, we will refund within 7 working days once we received the products.

Exchanges

During the product quality guarantee period, if the quality problem is caused by non-human reasons, we will compensate the wholesale customers in the next order, including compensation for the corresponding payment or reissue replacement products

Complaints

We are deeply sorry that you have to complain to us. If our salesman’s handling method is not satisfactory to you, please contact us directly at our email [email protected] and mark the subject of the email as complaint. Our CEO will personally deal with it until you are satisfied.
